Travel Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) - $1,382 to $1,582 per week in Du Quoin, IL

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Illinois Physical Therapist Assistant license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings preferred.
• Experience with Net Health electronic medical record system preferred.
• Productivity expectation: ability to meet an 80% productivity standard.

• Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift: Days.
• Shift days: Monday through Friday.
• Shift hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Coverage type: maternity leave coverage starting around July (assignment length provided by client).
