Minimum Qualifications
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active West Virginia PTA license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
- Ability to follow treatment plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
- Client-specific: 14-week contract assignment; candidate must be available for a standard 35-hour work week as described in assignment details. (Preferred: prior experience in long-term care or post-acute care settings.)

- Shift hours: 08:00–16:30.
- Shift pattern: 5x8.
- Weekly hours: 35 guaranteed per client documentation.
