Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• 1 year or more of PTA experience is required.
• PTA outpatient hospital experience is preferred.
• PTA Licensed through MA Board of Allied Health.
• CPR/AED Certified.
