Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Rhode Island PTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Experience with common SNF equipment and procedures such as gait training, transfers, therapeutic exercise, and documentation in electronic medical records preferred.
