Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited educational program.
  • Active State PTA license in Colorado required to start assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience in outpatient orthopedic or outpatient clinic settings preferred.
  • Familiarity with therapeutic modalities and equipment commonly used in outpatient clinics, including hot/cold packs, ultrasound, therapeutic exercise, gait training, and assistive device training.
  • Ability to implement treatment plans and document patient progress per facility policies.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary team.
  • CPR/BLS current as required by client. (Preferred: additional certifications such as Certified Assistive Technology Professional or relevant continuing education.)

  • Facility type: Outpatient clinic.
  • Shift pattern: 5x8 schedule.
  • Assignment duration: 13 week assignment.

  • Required to follow facility safety and infection control policies, including safe patient handling and materials handling protocols.
