If clinician previously worked with Marshfield, they must have an end date 6 months prior to their submission date.* All clinicians must clock in and out at facility" # of patients treated per day "Workload fluctuates depending on inpatient census; will be expected to do evals and follow ups Avg workload 12-15 pts/shift" 33 Bed Facility General Certification Requirements (BLS, etc.) BLS Other Certs Required for all PT: WI PT licensure Common diagnosis / Types of patients mainly orthopedic (post-surgical, general pain), neuro, imbalance, weakness, oncology, respiratory issues, and more Acute Inpatient, Acute Rehab, Skilled, Outpatient? "Acute Inpatient, potential float into outpatient depending on inpatient census Participate with multi-disciplinary rounds" What areas are they required to cover? MS-Tele & ICU Experience or 'Must have' skills & common job duties "Must be able to handle a fast paced busy environment, Must have at least 1 year of experience outside of school Prefer have 3 years of experience outside of school Prefer inpatient experience, will consider someone with only outpatient experience Prefer prior Cerner experience" PT Manager/Supervisor "Patty Hautamaki PT (manager); Sees patient at both Ladysmith and Rice Lake locations; Will jump in and help as needed. Is mindful of workloads in both the Inpatient & Outpatient workloads" Rehab Aides: PTA's 1 PTA primarily located in outpatient; 1 COTA , 2 Rehab Aides/Appt Coordinators duties include scheduling, managing authorizations, cleaning, stocking, record requests Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling? Block scheduling?) 5- 8 hr shifts; Mon-Fri 8:00-1630 Weekend Requirements No Weekends Holiday Requirements No Holidays Scrub Color/Dress Code Can wear scrubs or business casual. Either is fine. Closed toed shoes.
