Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Current Physical Therapy license in Arkansas required to start the assignment. Candidates with multistate or additional state licensure are encouraged to list them.
- Current CPR certification required.
- Valid driver’s license, current vehicle insurance, and dependable vehicle required for travel across the agency service area.
- Experience providing home health physical therapy or comparable outpatient/rehabilitation experience preferred.
- Ability to complete timely documentation and CMS-required evaluations and progress notes per home health regulations.
- Willingness to participate in weekend rotation and potential availability on observed holidays as needed per agency schedule.
- May supervise Home Health Aides and PTAs when allowed by state regulation and agency policy.
