Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Outpatient
• Caseload: 10-12 v/d with population consisting of post op ortho, chronic low back pain, personal injury, MVA
