Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Texas Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification required from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Experience working in outpatient physical therapy settings preferred.
• Experience performing 60-minute evaluations and one-on-one treatment sessions preferred.
• Competence with documentation, goal writing, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with state and federal guidelines preferred.
• Ability to supervise and provide direction for discipline-specific therapy services and to participate in student training preferred.
