Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Texas Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification required from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Experience working in outpatient physical therapy settings preferred.
- Experience performing 60-minute evaluations and one-on-one treatment sessions preferred.
- Competence with documentation, goal writing, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with state and federal guidelines preferred.
- Ability to supervise and provide direction for discipline-specific therapy services and to participate in student training preferred.

- Facility Type: Outpatient.
- Shift Pattern: 5x8 schedule.
- Duration: 13-week assignment.
- Position Type: Physical Therapist providing 60-minute evaluations and treatment sessions.
