- Monday through Friday 8 am - 4 pm with 32 guaranteed hours
- 90% productivity standard must be met for guaranteed hours
- Skilled nursing facility setting
- 13-week assignment length
- Graduate of APTA-accredited physical therapy program required
- Active state PT license or ability to obtain required
