Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Colorado PT license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification required from AHA or ARC.
• Outpatient clinic experience required, including experience evaluating and treating musculoskeletal and orthopedic patient populations.
• Experience performing 60-minute initial evaluations and 30-minute follow-up treatment sessions as standard session lengths.
• Documentation competency in electronic medical records, including goal writing, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with payer and clinic requirements.
• Ability to delegate and direct discipline-specific therapy services and to supervise students when assigned.
• Demonstrated adherence to state practice act, professional codes of conduct, and organizational safety standards.
• Preferred: Prior travel or contract PT experience and familiarity with productivity and performance improvement processes.
