Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Colorado Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience providing outpatient physical therapy with 60-minute evaluations and 30-minute follow-up visits preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate patients, develop and modify treatment plans, and document care in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
- Experience supervising and delegating to therapy assistants or students preferred.
- Must adhere to discipline-specific State Practice Act and maintain professional licensure and required continuing education.

- Shift Pattern: 5x8.
- Weekly Hours: 40 hours per week.
- Patient Visit Structure: 60-minute evaluations; 30-minute follow-ups.
