Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Colorado Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Outpatient physical therapy experience required. Candidate must be comfortable providing 60-minute initial evaluations and 30-minute follow-up treatment sessions.
- Experience documenting evaluations, goals, functional quality indicators, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in accordance with clinic and payer requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans and progress patients toward discharge within an established length of stay.
- Ability to supervise and delegate to therapy aides, assistants, and students as needed.
- Maintain professional licensure in good standing and comply with state practice act and mandated continuing education.
- Preferred: prior experience in a high-volume outpatient setting and participation in student clinical education. (Preferred items are not required.)

- Schedule: 40 hours per week, structured as 5x8 shifts.

- Duration: 13-week assignment with client interest in longer-term (6 month) availability.
- Patient Care Model: 60-minute evaluations followed by 30-minute follow-up visits.
