Travel Physical Therapist Assistant

Position: CHS Travel: Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)

Position Information:

The Physical Therapy Assistant serves as a member of the physical therapy team by assisting the Physical Therapist in the delivery of patient treatments and management of referred patients. The PTA provides documentation of treatment and outcomes, discharge planning and patient/family/caregiver education. Participates in administrative duties and PI; pursues professional growth; performs other duties as assigned.

Required:  Inpatient & Skilled Nursing Unit 

SHIFTS:  5x8's (Mon - Fri) 0800 - 1630

Minimal to none RTO as consistent coverage is needed

Rotating Weekends (2 - 3 weekend shifts)

Required:  Must have AZ license and BLS, 2+ years with hospital experience.

EMR:  Cerner experience
