Job Title: Pharmacy Technician Profession: Pharmacy Specialty: Pharmacy Technician Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Varies, rotating weekends Hours per Shift: 40 Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience required License: Current unencumbered Certified Pharmacy Technician License required Certifications: Successful completion of Medical Pharmacy Technician course preferred Must-Have: Pre-employment drug screen required Description: Assists pharmacists in medication preparation and labeling activities. Performs a broad range of technical support functions under the supervision of a registered pharmacist. The Pharmacy teams are staffed by leading experts on thousands of medications. They make decisions that help optimize a patient’s drug therapy. Past hospital experience and sterile compounding experience preferred. Holiday coverage required.
