Job Title: Pharmacy Technician Profession: Pharmacy Specialty: Pharmacy Technician Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days Hours per Shift: 8 hours (0800-1915) rotating weekends Experience: Minimum 1 year of outpatient pharmacy experience preferred License: Current unencumbered Certified Pharmacy Technician License required Certifications: Completion of Medical Pharmacy Technician course preferred Description: The pharmacy is a community pharmacy serving the public. The primary role is to dispense community patient prescriptions. Services include immunizations, medication management, and discharge medications to bedside. The pharmacy is staffed by experienced pharmacists and pharmacy technicians dedicated to patient care. Epic Willow Ambulatory experience is required. Sterile compounding experience is preferred. A pre-employment drug screen is required prior to start.
