Job Title: Clinical Onc Pharmacist Profession: Pharmacy Specialty: Pharmacist Inpatient Duration: 20 weeks Shift: Day 5x8-Hour Hours per Shift: 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent oncology clinical infusion experience required. License: California Pharmacist License required. Certifications: BLS, PharmD, RPh required. Must-Have: Recent oncology clinical infusion experience is required. Epic experience is required. Description: This position is for a Clinical Onc Pharmacist. The clinical onc pharmacist will work day shift from 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM, five days a week. A minimum of 2 years of recent oncology clinical infusion experience is required for this role. Epic experience is also required. This position does not require on-call duties. The role does not involve floating to sister facilities. The candidate will be expected to perform clinical dosing, pharmacokinetic dosing, therapeutic medication monitoring, compounding, and IV push medications. Successful candidates should have experience with Baxter and inpatient/acute care settings. The role requires proficiency in therapeutic medication management and the ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary support team. Candidates must meet the special requirements outlined in the job description.
