Job Description:
MUST HAVE MO LICENSE PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL. 7 on 7 off Schedule: Monday to Thursday 2100-0630, Friday 2100-0700, Saturday 1900-0700, Sunday 1900-0630.
Responsibilities:
- Vancomycin / Aminoglycoside / Anticoagulant dosing
- Pain consults
- Medication Verification
- Supervising technicians compounding sterile IV, checking Pyxis, first doses, emergency med boxes
Requirements:
- Degree from an accredited Pharmacy School
- Licensed to practice Pharmacy in MO
- ACLS / BLS preferred
- NICU experience preferred
