Job Description:
Pharmacists are required to cover every other weekend in an Inpatient Pharmacy setting at a hospital with 285 private rooms. Candidates must have a MO license prior to submittal.
Responsibilities:
- Vancomycin / Aminoglycoside / Anticoagulant dosing
- Pain consults
- Medication verification
- Supervising technicians compounding sterile IVs, checking pyxis, first doses, emergency med boxes
Requirements:
- Degree from an accredited Pharmacy School
- Licensed to practice Pharmacy in MO
- ACLS / BLS (Preferred)
- NICU experience (Preferred)
