Prior hospital experience (prefer at least 2yrs) Proof of completion of 20hr ACPE-accredited sterile compounding course (a letter attesting to completion of a course in sterile compounding from the pharmacist s university / college will suffice, too) Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. Meditech experience Decentralized pharmacy experience vancomycin dosing adjustments, renal dosing adjustments List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Medication Order Verification / Entry Supervise technical support personnel in drug preparation and distribution systems. Perform final dispensing check of all medication orders and complete required documentation.
