Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
- Help patients with mobility, including transferring, repositioning, and ambulation.
- Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure).
- Observe and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff.
- Assist with post-operative care, including wound care support and monitoring recovery.
