Pay Rate: $15.00 - $17.00/Hourly.

Summary: The Patient Sitter / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Patient Care Technician (PCT) provides direct, hands-on care and continuous observation to patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). This role ensures patient safety, comfort, and well-being while assisting with daily living activities and basic clinical tasks.

• ⁠Provide continuous observation for patients at risk of falls, self-harm, or injury.
• Monitor patient behavior and report changes to nursing staff immediately.
• Ensure patient environment remains safe and hazard-free.

• Document observations per facility protocol.
