Full-time opportunity to join a pediatric outpatient clinic and home health agency in the vicinity of Colorado Springs, CO. Earnings range from $90-150K annually based on experience and incentive bonuses. Full benefits available, PTO, professional development, manageable schedule, mentorship and more. New grads welcomed! Must have current CO license to practice or eligibility. Previous experience working with children preferred, fieldwork counts. Caseload is a hybrid in two ways: population is 80% peds, 20% adults so a great way to keep your skills sharp. There's also a blend of home health and clinic patients. Variety is the spice of life! Travel radius no more than 30 minutes for home health patients. Productivity requirements are very reasonable and benefits package is attractive. Travel Farther Together Referral Program: Payout is tiered. The $1,200 per clinician reward applies only after you’ve referred 10 or more clinicians who successfully contract with Ardor. Payouts are split: 50% when the referred clinician starts, and 50% when they reach the midpoint of their assignment.
