Unit: Rehabilitation Magic Valley Hospital - Peds Rehab - Outpatient OT- # of patients treated per day: 9- General Certification Requirements: BLS, Licensed with Masters or Doctorate- Common diagnosis / Types of patients: Peds: development, CP, autism, down syndrome, hydrocephalus, and more.- Acute Inpatient, Acute Rehab, Skilled, Outpatient?: Outpatient - What areas are they required to cover: Outpatient- no floating to inpatient.- Experience or 'Must have' skills & common job duties: Must have 1 year of Pediatric OT experience. Must have outpatient experience. Will accept first time travelers.- PT Manager/Supervisor: Manager: Amy - Rehab Aides: PTA's: None - Shifts & Scheduling: Block schedule M-F. Shift: 4-10 hr shifts/week from 0800-1830 with 30 min lunch.- Weekend Requirements: None - Holiday Requirements: None - Scrub Color/Dress Code: Business casual with closed toed shoes.- Department specific orientation: 1/2 day orientation, 1 week with limited cases, shadow.- Additional Notes: Needs someone who is flexible and learns fast.
