Job Title: Occupational Therapist Profession: Occupational Therapy Specialty: Outpatient Pediatric Rehabilitation Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Tuesday - Friday Hours per Shift: 9 hours (8:00 AM - 6:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch) Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Pediatric Occupational Therapy License: Must be licensed Certifications: BLS Certification required Must-Have: 1 year of outpatient pediatric experience. No inpatient-only experience. Strong flexibility and ability to learn quickly. Description: This position is for an Occupational Therapist in an outpatient pediatric rehabilitation setting. The schedule consists of four 9-hour shifts per week, from Tuesday to Friday. Therapists will treat an average of 9 pediatric patients each day. Common patient diagnoses include developmental delays, cerebral palsy, autism, Down syndrome, and hydrocephalus, among others. The team is collaborative, young, and supportive, providing a fun working environment with opportunities for outdoor activities. Candidates are required to demonstrate their clinical skills and experience in an interview process. There are no weekend or holiday requirements for this position. Attire is business casual with closed-toed shoes. Candidates must have obtained their qualifications outside of a school fieldwork context.
