We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients in a skilled nursing facility regain or improve daily living skills following injury, illness, or disability. This opportunity supports clinical autonomy, interdisciplinary collaboration, and outcomes-driven care.


Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
  • Active Washington State Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
  • Experience working in skilled nursing facility or post-acute/long-term care settings preferred.
  • Demonstrated competency with ADL/IADL training, adaptive equipment recommendations, and mobility/gait training preferred.
  • Strong documentation skills with electronic medical records preferred.
