Job Description

A Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing direct patient care, monitoring health conditions, administering medications, and educating patients and families about health management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patients’ health conditions and record medical histories
  • Monitor vital signs and symptoms
  • Administer medications and treatments prescribed by physicians
  • Assist in diagnostic tests and analyze results
  • Develop and implement patient care plans
  • Educate patients and families about illnesses, treatments, and recovery
  • Coordinate with doctors and healthcare teams
  • Maintain accurate patient records
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards
Education & Requirements 1. Education
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or
  • Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or
  • Nursing Diploma from an accredited nursing program
2. Licensure
  • Must pass the National Council Licensure Examination for Registered Nurses (NCLEX-RN)
  • Obtain RN license from the relevant nursing board in the country/state
3. Skills

4. Experience (often preferred)
  • 0–2 years for entry-level RN roles
