Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct patient care, coordinates treatment plans, and supports patients and families through assessment, education, and advocacy. The RN works collaboratively with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure high-quality, safe, and compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

  • Monitor patient conditions and report changes to physicians

  • Perform diagnostic tests and analyze results

  • Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation

  • Educate patients and families on health conditions and post-treatment care

  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams

  • Provide emotional support to patients and families

Qualifications & RequirementsEducation
  • Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program

Licensure & Certification
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required)

  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (preferred or required depending on unit)

Experience
  • 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred (new graduates may apply depending on facility)

  • Experience in specialty area (e.g., ICU, ER, Pediatrics) preferred for specialized units
