Travel Nurse RN - Psych in Carlsbad, TX

Pay and Benefits:

• STARTING at $44 an hour (local) + travel packages for 50+ miles

• Paid every Friday.

• Insurance available

Shift:

• 7a-7p

• Available to work every other weekend

Term: 6-to-12-month full-time commitment with option to renew

Orientation: Classroom orientation Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm for approximately 3-4 weeks (must be able to complete full orientation)

Job Requirements

• Must Pass Drug Screen and Background

Job Responsibilities

• Provide care for medically fragile patients
• Manage medication administration and treatments; provide medication education and complete documentation.
• Perform computer data entry – Receive full training.
• Comply with facility Standard Operating Procedures to meet standards for accrediting agencies; specifically, ICF-IDD Regulations, DSSLC Policy and Directives and HHSC Standards, Rules and Directives.

Credential Requirements

• Active Nursing License

• 1 year RN experience

• Current American Heart Association BLS
