Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Modified Care Unit Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 3rd Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of two years education at an accredited School of Nursing. License: Requires current state Registered Nurse License or a Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the Nurse Licensure Compact. Certifications: - American Heart Association Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider or an approved equivalent. - Advanced Cardiac Life Support for healthcare providers or an approved equivalent is required. Must-Have: - Cardiac Telemetry Care experience. - Experience working with diverse patient populations including myocardial infarction, congestive heart failure, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, strokes, stable arrhythmias, and any other patients needing close cardiac monitoring and assessment. Description: The Registered Nurse is a practitioner who is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for an identified group of patients in an inpatient environment. This individual demonstrates competency in the delivery of care to a primarily adult population.
