Travel Nurse RN - Progressive Care Unit - $1,894 per week in Augusta, GA

Schedule: 36 or 48-hour weekly guarantee; 13-week assignment; every other weekend (average 6 weekends per contract); floating required to all MS, MS/Tele, and PCU units

Highlights:

• Float position across Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and Progressive Care Units with diverse patient diagnoses
• Patient ratios: 1:4-5 for PCU; 1:5-6 for MS and MS/Tele units
• Epic EMR system required; facility also uses Pyxis and SBAR
• Patient population includes adults to geriatrics with a wide range of clinical conditions
• Maximum 7 days of requested time off; Spring Break blackout (April 4-12)
• No call requirements; holiday coverage as scheduled

Requirements:

• Active Georgia or Compact RN license in hand at time of application
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale certifications required
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience; first-time travelers accepted
• Epic EMR experience required
• Experience with patient ratios of 1:5-6 MS/Tele and 1:3-4 PCU preferred
• Two supervisory references (Manager level or above) highly preferred at submission
• Must be available to complete compliance documents and schedule labs within 48 hours of contract signing
