- Prepare and maintain the operating room with appropriate instruments, equipment, and supplies
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists to ensure safe, efficient operations
- Maintain strict sterile technique and compliance with infection control protocols
- Monitor patients intraoperatively and respond promptly to emergent situations
- Accurately document perioperative activities and patient responses
- Assist with patient recovery and transfer to PACU or other post-operative units
- Active RN license (West Virginia or compact state)
- BLS certification required
- Minimum of 2 years of recent Operating Room RN experience in an acute care hospital
- Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, instrumentation, and aseptic practices
