- Prepare the operating room with necessary instruments, supplies, and equipment
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists to ensure safe, efficient operations
- Maintain sterile technique and ensure adherence to infection control standards
- Monitor patient status intraoperatively and respond to emergent needs
- Document all perioperative activities accurately in the patient record
- Support patient recovery and handoff to post-anesthesia care or other units as appropriate
- Active RN license (Colorado or compact state)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum of 3 years of recent Operating Room RN experience in an acute care hospital
- Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, instrumentation, and sterile field management
