The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing high-quality patient care, coordinating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, and supporting patients and their families throughout treatment and recovery. The RN ensures compliance with healthcare standards, safety regulations, and organizational policies.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssess patients’ physical, psychological, and emotional needs
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Monitor and record patient symptoms, progress, and vital signs
Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals
Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care
Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
Ensure infection control and patient safety protocols are followed
Respond to medical emergencies and provide urgent care when needed
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (preferred for acute care settings)
Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical nursing experience (preferred, depending on setting)
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Compassionate, patient-centered approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
