Schedule: 11:00 AM - 11:30 PM with liver call coverage; will participate in other cases when no liver/transplant procedures scheduled. Guaranteed 36 hours per week for 3x12 shifts. On-call requirement: 1 shift per week and 2 twelve-hour weekend shifts per month.

Requirements:
- Active Florida RN license or pending license (must be obtained prior to start)
- Minimum 2 years of direct liver/transplant OR experience required
- Strong, documented experience with liver, heart, lung, and kidney transplantation reflected on skills checklist
- Must have hands-on experience with organ implantation procedures, not just harvesting/procurement
- Proficiency with Misonix/CUSA surgical equipment is mandatory
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications required at time of submission
- NIHSS certification must be obtained prior to start date
- Negative 10-panel drug screen plus nicotine (cotinine) test required - must be nicotine-free with no exceptions
- COVID-19 and Flu vaccines required (medical/religious exemptions only)
- Willingness to float within scope to meet facility needs
- Ability to participate in teaching and training of students and new staff
