Travel Nurse RN - Operating Room - $2,106 per week in Avon, OH

Location: Avon, Ohio

Schedule: Day shift, four 10-hour shifts, 7:00am–5:30pm; Monday–Saturday variable

• Diverse surgical case mix including orthopedics, general surgery, urology, ENT, plastics, vascular, and GYN
• 13-week contract with option to extend up to 18 months
• Work every other holiday, with flexibility in weekly scheduling
• Supportive orientation including ECG rhythm recognition and medication safety training

• Minimum 18 months of recent Operating Room experience required
• At least 18 months of permanent OR experience prior to any travel assignments
• Active Ohio RN license or Compact state license in hand at time of application
• Current AHA BLS certification required
• One recent professional reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, director, or charge RN in OR specialty
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
• Clean background check and licensure history; no open cases accepted
• Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation
