Shift: NOC Shift, 1900 start time, 12-hour shifts
Employment Type: Contract / Travel Assignment

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oncology Registered Nurse to join the team at Enloe Medical Center in Chico, CA. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to oncology patients in an inpatient setting, ensuring compassionate support and adherence to all clinical and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive nursing care to oncology patients.

  • Administer chemotherapy and other oncology-related treatments safely.

  • Monitor and assess patient responses to treatment, reporting changes promptly.

  • Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using EPIC charting.

  • Provide patient and family education regarding treatment, medications, and symptom management.

  • Float to other Med/Surg units as needed to support hospital operations.
