Schedule: 12-hour rotating shifts (days, nights, or combination) reviewed every 4-week scheduling period
Highlights:
- Specialized Bone Marrow Transplant unit with progressive care and medical-surgical acuity levels
- Comprehensive oncology patient population including leukemia, lymphoma, multiple myeloma, and CAR-T therapy patients
- Advanced transplant services: autologous, syngeneic, and allogeneic stem cell transplants
- Epic charting system with 72 hours of orientation provided
- 36-bed unit with daily census of 33 patients and full interdisciplinary support including pharmacy, rapid response teams, and specialized therapies
- Strong focus on infection prevention protocols and evidence-based oncology care
Requirements:
- Active RN license (compact or Ohio state license required at submission)
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience with at least 1 year of current oncology experience
- Medical-surgical and oncology experience required (minimum 1 year documented)
- BLS certification (required)
- ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Certification (required)
- ACLS certification (preferred)
- Epic charting experience required
- Proficiency in telemetry monitoring, dysrhythmia interpretation, central line management, and blood product administration
- Education from ACEN or CCNE accredited nursing program
- 2 professional references, including at least one from a manager or director
