Required Skills:
- Valid IA RN License
- BLS, NRP, ACLS certifications
- Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a critical access setting
- Strong clinical skills in obstetric and neonatal nursing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with blocked scheduling systems
- Prior experience working in a hospital or obstetric unit
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Previous experience in labor and delivery or neonatal intensive care units
Other Requirements:
- Availability to work 7P-7:30A shifts
- Flexibility to work every 3rd weekend or every other weekend
