Job Title: Operations - Medical Group Operations Profession: Operations Specialty: Medical Group Operations Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 8hr Day Shift Hours per Shift: 40 Experience: Minimum 2 years of clinic experience, at least one year in Obstetrics/Gynecology License: Required Certifications: BLS, FHM Must-Have: - In-basket management - Phone triaging - Chaperoning procedures - Experience with in-office procedures - Rooming OB patients - Medication refills - Comfortable working directly with physicians Description: Outpatient clinic focused on Obstetrics and Gynecology. The facility has a bed capacity of 24-30. The clinic works with high-risk patients including multiples, chronic diabetes, gestational diabetes, pregnancy-induced hypertension, and chronic hypertension. Common diagnoses include menstrual disorders, gynecological infections, reproductive health conditions, cancer-related diagnoses, menopausal and hormone-related issues, as well as contraceptive management and family planning. Assignments will include working with a specific provider but may involve collaboration with other providers. The department includes 7 physicians, an office manager, an office supervisor, primary nurses, and medical assistants. Technology used in the clinic includes an EMR system. Floating to other clinics is rare. Weekend rotation and on-call duties are not required. Holiday expectations include limited work on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve. Requests for time off are acceptable with prior approval. Shift scheduling allows for flexibility, with options for four 10-hour shifts or traditional weekday hours. Scrub color is any solid color, with no graphics or designs. This position offers a supportive and collaborative team environment.
