The Nurse Manager is responsible for achieving high-quality patient outcomes through collaboration with interdisciplinary partners. The position involves compliance with the Nursing Practice Act, regulatory standards, and organizational policies. The Nurse Manager leads the team to accomplish goals aligned with organizational objectives. Responsibilities include quality management, patient care, and adherence to departmental standards.
