Job Title: RN - Transplant Project Manager Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Transplant Coordinator Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 Hours (08:00 - 17:00) Experience: Transplant coordinator experience required License: California RN license Certifications: BLS, RN CA License Must-Have: - Kidney transplant experience strongly preferred - Nurse manager experience strongly preferred - Experience writing policies and procedures, mapping workflows, and processes required - Transplant quality or performance improvement experience strongly preferred Description: Project management needed for oversight of kidney transplant process optimization. Duties include process and workflow documentation. Policy and procedure writing is required. Review of workflows for optimization opportunities is necessary. Implementation and training on new or revised workflows are part of the responsibilities.
