Job Title: Interim Manager GI/Endo Profession: Nurse Manager Specialty: Management Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 8H Days Hours per Shift: 40 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: - RN with scrubbing experience - Previous leadership experience - Moderate sedation experience - Epic experience Description: The position involves managing staffing and call coverage. Monitoring and approving time cards is required. Troubleshooting employee issues related to equipment, supplies, and patient care concerns will be part of the role. The manager will be accountable for addressing and resolving patient safety issues reported through the system. An effective communicator who is flexible and takes initiative is essential. Candidates should possess the ability to learn quickly and maintain a positive attitude. Supporting team morale is a key responsibility. Ideal candidates will have several years of outpatient endoscopy experience and exposure to therapeutic endoscopy. Experience with Epic conversions is preferred.
