Seven Healthcare is pleased to present an exciting travel opportunity for an experienced Travel Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Registered Nurse (RN) in Lone Tree, Colorado. This contract offers a competitive weekly blended rate of $2,100, based on three 12-hour night shifts per week, providing an excellent opportunity to make a difference in the lives of newborns in a supportive and technologically advanced hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities of the Travel NICU RN:
  • Provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to critically ill or premature newborns
  • Monitor vital signs, oxygen levels, and response to treatment with precision and care
  • Administer medications, IV fluids, and specialized nutrition as prescribed
  • Operate advanced neonatal equipment, including ventilators and incubators
  • Collaborate with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes
  • Support and educate parents throughout the NICU journey, fostering understanding and comfort
  • Maintain accurate documentation and uphold infection control and safety protocols
Requirements of the Travel NICU RN:
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Colorado or compact state)
  • BLS and NRP certifications required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent NICU experience in a Level III or IV setting
  • Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and communication skills
