Schedule: Shift-based coverage in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit

Requirements:

• Active and unrestricted RN license in California
• NICU nursing experience required
• BLS and NRP certifications
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to supervise ancillary staff and delegate appropriately
• Flexibility to cross-train and float to Pediatrics as needed
