As a MedSurg RN, you will:
- Deliver direct, evidence-based nursing care to patients with a variety of acute and chronic conditions
- Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and assist with treatments and procedures
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans
- Provide patient education and emotional support to patients and their families
- Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient progress in electronic health records (EHR)
- Uphold infection control and patient safety standards
- Participate in discharge planning and transition of care processes
- Active Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license (or compact license eligible)
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
- 1-2 years of experience Tele, including experience in MedSurg acute care setting
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to patient needs
