Schedule & Ratios<ul><li>Shift: Nights, 4×12 hours (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)</li><li>Target Ratios:<ul><li>Days: 1:5</li><li>Nights: 1:6–7</li></ul></li><li>Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend.</li></ul>Floating Expectations<ul><li>Required to float to:
<ul><li>ICU</li><li>ED</li><li>Other Med-Surg units</li></ul></li><li>May be assigned patient sitting duties.</li><li>Will not be assigned patients that fall outside clinical competency.</li></ul>Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage patients with varied medical conditions:
<ul><li>GI bleeds</li><li>Cellulitis</li><li>Detox</li><li>GI/Respiratory issues</li></ul></li><li>Start and maintain IVs and provide peripheral line care.</li><li>Manage surgical drains.</li><li>Utilize Epic for charting and documentation.</li><li>Participate in interdisciplinary care with teams such as:
