Key Responsibilities
As an ICU RN, you will:
- Provide high-acuity nursing care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced ICU environment
- Respond to rapid changes in patient condition with sound clinical judgement
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care
- Perform continuous assessments, interventions, and medication management
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold all ICU best practises and safety standards
- Support patient and family education throughout the care process
Schedule Details
Night Shift:
7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Full-time, permanent placement.
Qualifications
- BSN or MSN required, or must be obtained within 5 years of hire
- Minimum 2+ years of critical care experience required
- Strong critical thinking, patient assessment, and emergency response skills
- Ability to perform effectively in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment
