Seven Healthcare is seeking an experienced and reliable Travel Nurse - Ortho MedSurg RN for a travel assignment in Atlanta, GA. This opportunity offers $2,075 per week for 36 hours, scheduled as 3x12s night shifts.

Key Responsibilities of the Travel Nurse
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for orthopedic and medical-surgical patients
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and manage pain effectively
- Assist with mobility, physical therapy coordination, and post-operative recovery
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, recovery processes, and home care instructions
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with regulatory standards
- Provide wound care, dressing changes, and monitor for signs of infection or complications
- Support pre- and post-surgical care processes, ensuring safety and comfort
Requirements of the Travel Nurse
- Active RN license in Georgia (or compact license)
- Minimum 2 years of recent Ortho MedSurg experience
- BLS certification required
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and time management skills
