Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as a nurse in an acute or sub-acute facility
- Valid, current, full and unrestricted Nursing License from any U.S. state, Puerto Rico, or U.S. territory
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Complete Trauma Care After Resuscitation (TCAR) within six months of hire
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification must be completed within six months of hire
